My Scientific Paper

here i come with my first medical issue... This time i want to tell about my scientific paper.. I took spermatogenesis as the main topic for my paper... And then my advisers ( dr. Heddy Herdiman, M. Kes from Anatomy and Dr. Diana Krisanti Jasaputra dr., M.Kes from Pharmacology) suggest me to see about mobile phone radiation effect to spermatogenesis in mice.. Actually this topic is quite exciting because many rumors told that radiation of mobile phone is danger for cell...

After i searched information, i got that that experiment is already did by many people... So i come to my advisers, and they told me to improve the experiment... In that time, i remembered about Cindy Caroline's scientific paper about mice sexual behavior after they consumed Purwoceng ( Pimpinella alpina ) and it shows that purwoceng conatained testosterone analogue, so its affect to sexual behavior. So, i innovate my experiment with Cindy's experiment, and the title become : 

Purwoceng Ethanol Extract Effects in Mice Spermatogenesis  After  Be Given by Elctromagnetic Waves

This work progress is still under 20%.. My work plan is  I must be buy the herbs and than make that ethanol extract first, and then buy mice and make the mice adaptation first before the mice given by ethanol extract of purwoceng and elctromagnetic waves. The last after 14 days treatment that mice is sacrificed, and then i'll see the sperm amount.

Maybe i will start this experiment in April and then i hope its done on May, so i can judge (aka sidang) on July... I beg for your pray :) 

After this stuff finished i'll write review about my experiment in this blog :)

The beginning of ....

This is Thursday, 11 p.m, I decided to make a blog because of Olin ( She is a web designer and also a blogger) and she inspired me about this blogging stuff. How can? 


The beginning, I met Olin for my event organizer ( Glitz event organizer, accompanied with Nita Sofiani ), we want to make a web site for our event organizer. After we talked about the business, she showed her blog and tell about the blog. In that time, i realized that blog could be our space to express our emotion, write our opinion, and show our work and achievement. 


I hope i can update this blog regularly ( because it's not easy, especially for a beginner ), and i hope i can increase my ability to write ( i realized this post is quite rough ).
